Running the Rift
Running the Rift, which takes place November 3-7, is a brand new race for 2016 – one that takes competitors on trail through Uganda where the Rift Valley meets the Rwenzori Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
With a 10k, half-marathon and marathon option open it looks like a unique way to get to know an often misunderstood country. RunningMonkey spoke to Running the Rift Race Director Ellie Lucas to find out just what’s in store…
